Shipping and Delivery
Orders submitted before 15:30 o’clock will be processed the same day.
Delivery (The Netherlands)
Wherever possible, all ordered items will be delivered in one parcel. If some ordered items are out of stock, we will still immediately dispatch all other ordered items.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Courier cannot deliver orders weighing more than 12 kilograms to a PO Box address. If your parcel exceeds this weight, we advise you to use an alternative delivery address. Only up to 0.9 kg can be sent to a PO Box.
Dispatch (international)
All your items can be delivered abroad. However, delivery time will be determined by the destination country. When sending outside the EU, certain import taxes or customs charges may apply in the destination country when your order arrives. Customers are responsible for these costs, which can vary from country to country. The charged amount will be calculated by the customs authority in the country where the order is delivered. You must contact the concerned country’s customs authority to know whether you will have to pay these duties.

The delivery time for all orders is in the table below. The products are sent with PostNL in the Netherlands. For special shipments, we use courier services. For more information about delivery and courier services, please contact info@vanharen.net
If the use of a courier service is required, only enter a street address.
You can also place your order with one of our distributors, or order them from authorized bookshops.

We use various third-party carriers when delivering to international shipping addresses. Coupled with our inability to influence the various customs regimes, this means we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
